PEAKY Blinder fans are being invited to watch the new series at the Peaky Blinder pub in Birmingham.

Watching parties, which have become popular in America, are now taking hold in Britain and the Peaky Blinder party will now be held every week during the series which aires on Thursdays on BBC 2 at 9pm.

The pub, which opened 18 months ago in Dale End, is offering Carling at £1 a pint during the show.

Fans will be able to meet and mingle with Birmingham based members of the cast who will be attending the party.

Tom O'Rourke, from the Peaky Blinder, said: "This is going to be the biggest and best series of Peaky Blinders yet and we want to be part of it.

"We are offering Carling for a £1 during the show and there will be familiar faces from the series in the pub too."

He added: "They are having Peaky Blinder watching parties in London now so it we would be missing a trick if we did not have one in The Peaky Blinder.

"Brad Pitt is supposed to be in this series so our plan is hopefully to get him down here when he is next in Birmingham, I know our female regulars would thank me for that."

He added: "Everyone is welcome on Thursday night, there is no entrance fee, feel free to dress up in Peaky Blinder gear but don't forget to leave the razor blades at home."
