CADDICK Jeanette Passed away peacefully on 18th June 2015 aged 69, Reunited with her Husband Sydney. A much loved Mother to Joanne, Mother in law to Chris and Nan to Josh and Eleanor. Close in our hearts you will always stay Loved and remembered every day. A funeral service will take place at Redditch Crematorium on Monday 6th July at 11.45am.
