The offices were the perfect solution … for expanding Redditch employment agency Perfect Personnel.

It had been looking for new premises but had drawn a blank.

But then property agents John Truslove came up with 24 Church Green East and Perfect Personnel snapped up the opportunity, taking the 828 sq ft second floor on a three-year lease.

So much so that it took just five days from the unit going onto the market to the deal being clinched.

“That’s fast, even for us,” noted John Truslove partner Ian Parker. “But we will always bend over backwards for the needs of the client … and once again it has paid off.”

Perfect Personnel, whose previous headquarters was at Edward Street, also in Redditch, supplies businesses across all industries with high quality staff, but mainly in the industrial manufacturing, engineering and warehouse sectors.

Director Craig Lilly, part of a five-strong team including fellow director Jamie Walsh, said: “We had been looking for somewhere suitable for quite some time.

“Then Church Green East came up and it was just right. We could see the possibilities and what it might do for us.

“We aim to be one of the UK’s most dynamic recruitment agencies. Our philosophy is based on the traditional qualities of effective communication and good customer service. And in return that is what John Truslove gave us. They were spot on. It was amazing how quickly they sorted it out.”

Mr Parker said: “It was a pleasure dealing with such a focused organisation as Perfect Personnel. “I wish them well – they absolutely deserve to succeed.”

The deal was on behalf of landlords SJS Property.
