Tickets to safari park to be won

WEST Midlands Safari Park, near Bewdley, has teamed up with the Advertiser to offer five fabulous family tickets to some lucky readers.

Each ticket admits a family of up to four people into the park before it closes for winter on November 7, 2008.

Winners will have the chance to go on safari and come face to face with all kinds of brilliant animals including cheetah, white lions and tigers, giraffe, wolves, wallabies, elephants and rhino, to name just a few.

The amazing self-drive, all weather safari covers an area of four miles and guests can even feed some of the animals - special diet animal food is available to buy on arrival.

Visitors will also be able to visit Discovery Trail where they will find Seal Island, Mark O'Shea's Reptile World, Sealion Theatre, Creepy Crawly House, Seaquarium Exhibit, Animal and Reptile Encounters and Twilight Cave with free flying bats and jumping rats.

Guests can also visit the hippo lakes, home to the largest family group of hippo in the country. With its wonderful viewing platform high above the lake, feeding time is often quite spectacular.

There is also the safari express train ride to the amusement area, which is packed with all kinds of fun rides and attractions, including awesome rides Black Fly, Zambezi Water Splash, Venom Ride and Twister. While amusement rides are not included as part of the prize, multi ride wristbands and ride tickets are available to purchase on the day.
