One person has been killed and another three injured after a shooting at a T.I. concert.
The rapper was due to perform at the venue in New York but a witness said he never took to the stage.
The shooting happened at around 10:15pm local time on Wednesday at Irving Plaza, near Manhattan’s Union Square.
Police said a 34-year-old man was shot in the chest and a 33-year-old man was shot in the stomach. Both were both in hospital in a critical condition.
A 26-year-old woman was shot in the leg, and a fourth person walked into hospital on their own. No arrests have been made.
A concertgoer said T.I. was supposed to take the stage around 9pm or 9:30pm, but never went on.
Representatives for T.I. – whose real name is Clifford Joseph Harris Jr – were referring all questions about the shooting to police.
Irving Plaza is a 1,025-person ballroom-style music venue.
