Tinchy Stryder's collaboration with the Chuckle Brothers has become an internet sensation, notching up over 550,000 hits in 24 hours.

To Me, To You (Bruv), taken from Tinchy's forthcoming album 360, features the grime rapper with comedy duo Barry and Paul Elliott and plays on the well-known sketches from their 90s TV show. The pair are seen arguing over a ladder before joining the music star for a game of table tennis.

The song, which can be viewed on YouTube, has now been viewed 560,861 times and 'liked' 8,563 times.

Tinchy tweeted: "205k views in less than 24hrs... Wow! I ain't mad at that!"

All profits from the song will go to the African Caribbean Leukaemia Trust.

Rumours of the unlikely collaboration were sparked in September after the 28-year-old rapper shared a video of him in the music studio with the slapstick siblings. Younger Chuckle brother Paul, 67, later tweeted they had all been "laying down some cool stuff."

Phil Dale, the Chuckle Brothers' manager, revealed the trio struck up a friendship after meeting on the set of Keith Lemon's ITV2 show Celebrity Juice, where they "got on like a house on fire".

"They kept going into each other's dressing rooms," he told The Guardian. "Tinchy grew up with the Chuckle Brothers and has been a longtime fan of theirs, so after that he invited them to his London studio.

"It was just a bit of fun to see what could happen because they really got on with each other. You couldn't put it together if you tried but it was just the very fact they were having fun with Tinchy, and he was having fun with them and they got on like a house on fire. They still contact each other all the time."
