Ice white chocolate with whisky

| Romance on a stick iced white chocolate with whisky. |
Serves 6-12 (so there's plenty left over for other romantic occasions!)
Prep time: 5 minutes
Freezer time: 1 hour
WHAT DO I NEED?
200g white chocolate
20ml whisky, chilled
180ml double cream, chilled
WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Break the chocolate into very small pieces. Put a non-stick saucepan on a low heat until just warm. Remove from the heat. Add the white chocolate and stir with a wooden spoon so that the chocolate melts very slowly. Add the whisky and double cream straight from the fridge. Continue stirring until slight ribbons form.
Pour into an ice-cube tray or ice-lolly moulds and freeze for at least one hour.
