MORE than £6,800 has been raised for Macmillan Cancer Support this year by the team behind family friendly festival Wizzafest.
As well as the main event, the festival which took place earlier this year in Stoke Prior, Emma Wilcock and her team have been organising a number of smaller events.
One of these is the chance to see The Random Band at the The Marlbrook pub in Bromsgrove for a night of top notch live music and dancing.
The night, which will include music from the band as well as the chance to win a number of prizes, is this Saturday, October 11.
Ms Willcock said: "Wizzafest celebrated its 10th anniversary this year and raised £5,020 at the Wizzafest 2014 and a further £1,865 with warm up events in partnership with Emma Skipp and Friends bringing our total to £6,885 for Macmillan Cancer support so far this year.
"A massive thank you goes out to everyone for their support."
