FORGE Mill is hosting an exhibition from Redditch library which showcases some of its rarely seen paintings and photographs from a 60 year archive.

The exhibition is a mixture of old and forgotten scenes painted by local artists and spans from the early 1860s to the 1980s.

People can see some of the iconic buildings that have long since disappeared but have become part of Redditch folklore as well as paintings that were produced for competitions, again showing local views.

The exhibition, running until March 6, is an insight into how Redditch once looked and was recorded by the people who lived here.
