TODDLERS from a Bromsgrove pre-school did their bit for a national charity campaign.

Children at Fairfield First School, in Stourbridge Road, took part in a sponsored obstacle course for the BBC's Sport Relief appeal last Friday.

The obstacle course challenged the pupils with a variety of tasks including a slide, tunnel, balancing beams and hitting a target with bean bags.

“We have benefited from grants from Sports Relief in the past, which has given us sports equipment for the children. This was our way of giving something back."

Dawn Buzzard, the pre-school supervisor, said: "We have benefited from grants from Sports Relief in the past, which has given us sports equipment for the children. This was our way of giving something back," she added.
