THERE have been some ghoulish goings-on at a Hanbury nursery this week.

Youngsters from Pippins Nursery, based at Hanbury Village Hall, were joined by their parents and carers at a special Halloween-themed party.

Children donned spooky costumes, then sang songs on the hall’s stage to those gathered.

Home made cakes were raffled and craft items were sold.

Money made from the event is being used to buy additional equipment for the nursery.
