DESPITE the widespread disruption, Bromsgrove residents have been having fun in the snow.

After a blanket of snow covered Bromsgrove, it made for some picturesque and stunning views which were captured by townsfolk.

And sledging and the building of snowmen became common sights as youngsters took advantage of some unexpected time off school.

On the Advertiser website we appealed to townsfolk to send in their images and we had a great response.

Thanks to everyone who sent pictures in - here are some of the images readers have been sharing with us.
