PUPILS at Chadsgrove School and Specialist Sports College are set to benefit after a kind donation.
The school, which has undertaken a number of recent projects such as fitting a swimming pool and bathroom facilities to promote its status as a sports college, was recently given a specialist shower by Droitwich firm AKW.
The shower is specifically designed to meet the requirements of pupils with special needs.
Liz Morgan, deputy headteacher of Chadsgrove, said: “Donations such as the shower from AKW really do make a huge difference to the children’s day-to-day lives.
“Our newly built swimming pool has proved to be a huge success and the kids are really enthusiastic about using it, so it’s great to know that we have an electric shower installed that is purposely designed to meet the requirements of those with specialist needs.”
