Death of Marlbrook man found in car: Inquest opened

AN inquest into the death of a Marlbrook man, found in a car by firefighters, has been opened by the Worcestershire coroner.

Peter McKernan, 44, of Greenslade Crescent, was found dead in his vehicle at the car park of the Toby Carvery Pub on Monday night, (March 11).

He was discovered by firefighters who extinguished the burning car Mr McKernan was in, parked in the area off Birmingham Road, Marlbrook.

Mr McKernan’s inquest was opened and adjourned, awaiting reports, yesterday, (March 13).
