Free forum for Bromsgrove landlords and letting agents
10:10am Sunday 22nd September 2013 in News
BROMSGROVE landlords and letting agents can receive advice on the issues affecting them at a free forum.
Bromsgrove District Council has been working with the National Landlords’ Association to set up the next Private Landlord’s Forum.
The event will feature presentations on issues including tax and care for property investors, and a news roundup.
The forum will take a similar format to previous forums, but will also include two additional workshops which will cover gas safety and deposit protection and eviction.
Preference for these workshops can be indicated at registration on the night.
Councillor Del Booth, whose portfolio covers strategic housing, said: “Landlord forums are a great way for us to keep in touch with and advise landlords across the district.
“They are great for landlords too as a large amount of information and networking opportunities are all available in one place.”
The forum is being held on Thursday, October 3, at the Council House, Burcot Lane, from 4pm until 7.30pm.
Parking is free and there will be light refreshments available afterwards.
To reserve a seat at the event email email@example.com or call 01527 881799.
