BROMSGROVE planners will be making a decision on a plan to build an all-weather football pitch at a town school.
South Bromsgrove High School has applied for planning permission for the replacement of a sports pitch to a full size, floodlit all weather sports pitch.
Permission is also being sought to be a changing room building, which will be located on the western side of pitch.
Residents of Charford Road and Manor Court Road have raised objections to the scheme including the disturbance from potential noise, car parking and the hours of use.
Officers have recommended that permission be granted.
The application goes before Bromsgrove District Council's planning committee on Thursday, February 13.
The meeting starts at 6pm, and is being held at the Council House, in Burcot Lane.
