EMPLOYEES at a housing development in Cofton Hackett are celebrating after winning the Construction Team of the Year 2013 award from house builder Persimmon Homes.
The team at the Cofton Fields development, off Groveley Lane, received the accolade after they impressed customers and management with their high level build quality, site management and customer care.
Site manager Melvin Rushton and sales advisors Beverley Evans and Elizabeth Varsalona-Wilson dedicated the past 12 months to fully understanding their customers’ needs and ensuring they enjoy a smooth journey from the first viewing through to purchase and final completion.
Speaking of the award win, Beverley said: “We’re delighted to be acknowledged for all of our hard work. We understand that buying a new home is probably one of the biggest decisions that people make in their lives and find helping our customers through the process very rewarding.”
