A MEP who is defending his seat in this month's European elections visited a food manufacturer while on the campaign trail.

Philip Bradbourn visited Bumble Hole Food’s on April 28, and was shown around the eggs products factory meeting employees of the company.

Bumble Hole Food’s is a family run business which has passed through three generations of the Hewston family, producing egg products including liquid pasteurised egg, hard boiled eggs and egg mayonnaise sandwichs.

During the tour, Mr Bradbourn saw the various improvements to the Fockbury factory which have been made in recent years, including the addition of solar panels and a chilling plant.
