VISITORS to a Bromsgrove open air museum will be able to take a trip back to the 1970s.

Avoncroft Museum of Historic Buildings, in Redditch Road, Stoke Heath, is holding the retro day this Sunday, June 8.

It will include a retro crafts fair, 70s themed activities including space hopper racing, and 70s music.

Chris Everall, from the museum, said: "The day promises to be a great day out for all ages.

"For anyone who remembers the 70s, come and revisit an unforgettable decade. For younger visitors, discover the fashion and lifestyle that made an era."

Admission is £8.80 for adults, £7.70 for seniors, £4.50 for children. Avoncroft members go free.

There is also free entry to the museum for anyone who brings along a 1970s registered car on the day, or dresses in a 1970s style.
