TALENTED artists are set to take to the stage at Hanbury’s six annual Jinney Ring Blues Festival next month.

The event takes place on August 2 at the Jinney Ring Craft Centre, in Hanbury Road, and includes a number of nationally acclaimed bands such as European Blues Musician of the Year Franck Ash, and British Blues Awards 2013 nominees Brothers Groove.

Also set to play are The Fabulous Boogie Boys, Mumbo-Jumbo, Jack Blackman and local band Retrovibe.

Event organiser Oliver Carpenter said: "Each year we bring together a varied musical feast which this year goes from the folk and roots end of blues, through some funky and cool blues right up to good time red-suited boogie."

Doors open at 1pm with solo artist Jack Blackman first on stage. Live music will continue until 11pm.

Tickets cost £13.50 (£16 on the gate £3 for under 12s and under 5s go free).

Camping is available for £7 per person which includes a £2 breakfast voucher.
