YOUNGSTERS, volunteers and carers from the Plus 2s group at St Stephen’s Church playgroup took part in The BIG Bandage fundraiser to support Birmingham Children's Hospital.
Children aged two to four wore bandages which could be as colourful and creative as they wanted.
The group, in Rednal, held a cake sale to raise money towards funding the final stages of an appeal for a modern chemotherapy suite inside the new children’s cancer centre.
Jules Kite-Lightfoot, the Plus 2s leader at St Stephen's Church, said: “One in eight children in the West Midlands is treated at Birmingham Children’s Hospital each year we thought this was a very worthy cause for our families to support.”
