FOLK fans can enjoy an appearance from an award winning singer songwriter at a town club this October.
James Keelaghan, from Canada, is currently on his first UK tour in five years.
On Thursday, October 30, James will be visiting Bromsgrove Folk Club based at Catshill Social Club in Meadow Road, for the latest stop on the tour.
It will be his only Midlands show in a three week tour, taking him from Scotland to Kent before returning to his homeland.
James is a musical storyteller whose songbook has been embraced by audiences around the world.
He is being accompanied by multi-instrumentalist Vancouver born Hugh McMillan, who is part of influential Canadian band, Spirit of the West.
Hugh has proved a favourite for Bromsgrove audiences with his innovative bass and cello playing.
The show starts at 8.15pm and local favourites Fairfield will be supporting.
