A BROMSGROVE gym is inviting people to help them raise cash for two charities and get fit at the same time.
Athletic Performance Training, (APT) is holding a two hour workout on Saturday, November 15.
APT, based at Fairfield Court, in Stourbridge Road, Fairfield, provides personal training and fitness classes and members of the team will be on hand at the event.
The two hour workout consists of eight mini 15 minute sessions, challenging participants. They have been designed to be all inclusive, suitable for all ages.
The event is taking place between 10am and noon.
Founder of APT Mark Lammas said: "We are hoping that the people of Bromsgrove come to join in and support the event to raise funds for both Birmingham Children’s Hospital and also Ladies Fighting Breast Cancer.
"We will not be charging or asking for sponsorship to join us, but are asking for donations and participation."
