HISTORY enthusiasts are being invited to a meeting being held this month.

Clent History Society is holding its 13th history day between 11am and 4pm on Sunday, November 16.

The event is being held at Clent Parish Hall in Church Avenue and there will be special displays paying tribute to the men of Clent who fought in the First World War.

The society's archives will be available to view including photographs and postcards, the Village Shop, other themed displays, parish and school records, publications, maps, parish magazines from 1887, and newly acquired memorabilia.

Admission costs £2, accompanied children go free.

Tea and coffee will be available.
