BIG-hearted youngsters at an Aston Fields pre-school have been helping people less fortunate than themselves this festive season.
Belinda Whiting, the new manager at Bromsgrove Play N Discover Pre-School, based at St Godwald's Church Hall, taught the youngsters the true spirit of Christmas by taking part in a shoebox campaign.
Staff, parents and children all worked together to create shoeboxes for children who will not be receiving any presents this year.
The shoeboxes were made up and included toys, pens, books, stickers, soap and treats, and were donated to the Samaritan's Purse charity.
The charity's Operation Christmas Child campaign is an initiative that delivers thousands of Christmas shoeboxes to underprivileged children throughout the world.
