A DODFORD man died after being exposed to asbestos, a coroner has ruled.
Philip Edward Richardson, 76, was exposed to asbestos during his working life, during which he developed mesothelioma, a form of lung cancer.
In later years the Priory Road resident's health deteriorated and he died at the Princess of Wales Hospital in June.
At his inquest on Wednesday, August 26, the Worcestershire Coroner ruled Mr Richardson died as the result of an industrial disease.
