Strictly champion Jay McGuiness is taking a more laid back approach to the show's live tour, planning to "laugh instead of shake like a dog" when he makes mistakes.
McGuiness was notably petrified during the early weeks of Strictly Come Dancing whenever he had to take to the floor or receive feedback from the judges.
But he went on to win the show in December alongside professional partner Aliona Vilani, and the two will now take part in the Strictly Come Dancing Live Tour 2016.
The tour will visit Birmingham, Sheffield, Leeds, Manchester, Liverpool, Newcastle, Glasgow, Nottingham and London before wrapping on February 14.
