THE Brexit bandwagon is set to roll into Dudley with ditch the EU cheerleader-in-chief Nigel Farage at the wheel.
The UKIP leader’s arrival in his battle bus will have a musical accompaniment – the theme from The Great Escape will be blaring from speakers on the bus in the town’s Market Place during the visit tomorrow (Tuesday May 24) at 10.30am.
Mr Farage will be teaming up with West Midlands UKIP activists for a walkabout in the town where he will be trying to persuade people to vote for Britain’s exit from the EU.
A UKIP West Midlands spokesman, said: “We are delighted that Nigel is making a welcome return to Dudley.
“Our campaign has been a positive one. We believe in Britain, we believe in freedom and we believe in democracy.”
The British referendum on the EU will take place on Thursday June 23.
