GOOD morning. We are here to provide any information on incidents that might crop up throughout the rush hour period this morning on our Black Country and North Worcestershire roads.

So far the roads across the area are pretty quiet, but one lane of the M6 is closed southbound between J7, A34 (Great Barr) and J6 A38(M) Spaghetti Junction, because of a broken down lorry and a spillage on the road. Congestion is backed up to J10, A454 (Walsall).

There is also heavy traffic on Manor Way eastbound at Grange Road island in Halesowen and Wolverhampton Road southbound at Birchley Island in Oldbury.

There are some areas of planned roadworks which are causing delays, these include: Delays on the A456 Bewdley Hill in Kidderminster at the B4549 Sutton Park Road junction, because of temporary traffic lights, while roadworks on Salop Street at the junction with Dibdale Road in Dudley is also expected to cause delays.

Temporary traffic lights are causing delays on the Birmingham Road in Bromsgrove between the A38 Birmingham Road junction and the Upland Road junction.

One lane is closed on the A4036 Merry Hill in Brierley Hill between the A4100 Mount Pleasant junction and The Boulevard junction, because of roadworks. Expect delays.

Roadworks are causing delays on the A4100 High Street in Quarry Bank between the Victoria Road junction and the A4036 Merry Hill junction.

Stone Street in Dudley is closed both ways due to roadworks between Tower Street and Priory Street, to install new parking bays, as well as carry out highway improvements. Diversion is in place via Tower St, New St and Priory St, or Priory St, Wolverhampton St, The Inhedge, Stafford St and High St.
