This is possibly the Rubery FC team from 1924. Do you recognise anyone?
THIS photograph of what is possibly Rubery football team, and taken sometime around 1924, was sent in to the Advertiser by reader Kenneth Bousfield.
Kenneth said: “This photograph was done as a post card which was used to notify the birth of my mother in April 1924, so I assume the team had won the cup sitting in front of them.”
He believes the team pictured is Rubery FC. Do you see any familiar faces amongst them?
