POLICE and firefighters in Bromsgrove were called out earlier today after a newborn baby became locked in a car on New Road.
West Mercia Police were called out just after 11.30am to the scene, where a four-week-old baby had become accidentally locked inside a car. A fire appliance from Bromsgrove joined them just before noon, along with the AA, and firefighters used a hearth kit to gain access to the vehicle, and safely remove the baby, which was none the worse for the experience.
