FIREFIGHTERS paid a visit to Catshill Village Preschool to complete the children's lessons on 'people who help us'.

Pupils, staff and parents spent the afternoon on October 20 listening to firefighters talk about their job and the special clothing they wear to work.

The children then took turns sitting in the fire engine and spraying water from the fire hose.

The crew put the sirens and flashed their blue lights as they drove off, waving goodbye to the pupils.

A spokesman for Catshill Village Preschool said: "We would like to say a big thank you to Bromsgrove Fire Station and the firefighters for taking time out to visit us. The children thoroughly enjoyed meeting you all - it's an experience that will stay with them for a long time."
