A SCHEME which rewards organisations that champion health and wellbeing in the workplace has recognised Bromsgrove District Council.
The Worcestershire Works Well scheme, which was held at Hogarths Stone Manor in November, awarded the council with Level One accreditation.
Anna Wardell-Hill from Bromsgrove District Council was among those to speak at the event, which focussed on women’s health in Worcestershire.
Subjects included issues surrounding menopause, breast cancer and workplace discrimination towards pregnancy, maternity leave and transgender issues.
Since Worcestershire Works Well began in 2011, 75 businesses have joined the scheme.
