A MAN was taken to hospital after a tumble dryer caught fire in a shed in Bromsgrove on Sunday.
Emergency services were alerted to the blaze in Abbey Close at 2.42pm on January 22.
Firefighters from Bromsgrove Fire Station arrived to find the shed alight and used a hose reel jet to extinguish the blaze.
West Midlands Ambulance Service were called to the scene by West Midlands Fire Service shortly afterwards and one ambulance attended the scene.
Oxygen was administered to one man, who was then taken to the Alexandra Hospital in Redditch, suffering from smoke inhalation.
