CLASSIC cars, motor cycles and other vehicles are required as Barnt Green prepares to host its first ever motor festival this summer.
Barnt Green Parish Council is considering organising Barnt Green Motor Festival for Sunday, July 2, and is seeking applications from people wishing to display their vehicle.
Council chairman, Cllr Robert Cholmondeley, who is co-ordinating the festival, said: “Offers of cars on display are coming through, but more are required.
“To date we’ve had a range of applications ranging from a Lambretta scooter and a Second World War Jeep to a Rolls Royce and Ferrari.
“If anyone has an interesting vehicle and would like to show it off, please contact us.”
A decision on whether enough numbers have been attained to run the festival will be made at the next parish council meeting on April 5.
Applications are needed before March 28.
