Van crashes into side of Rednal restaurant
A VAN crashed into a restaurant in Rednal on Wednesday night (May 17).
Police were called to Lai Ling Cantonese Restaurant and Takeaway, on Lickey Road, after the incident involving a white Ford panel van.
Store owners shut up shop as a result of the crash and said they are unsure if they were re-opening the next day following damage left to the corner of the building.
A police spokesman added: "At about 7.50pm on Wednesday 17 May, West Mercia Police received a report of a collision on Lickey Road, Rednal, in which a white Ford panel van had collided with a restaurant.
"No further details are available at this time."
