A WOMAN had her jewellery pulled from her neck by a burglar as she lay in bed.
The Hollywood Lane resident awoke at around 6am on September 5 to find a man rummaging through her bedroom drawers.
The robber approached her and the necklace she was wearing, before fleeing the scene.
Police later discovered he had entered the house by kicking open the front door.
He also carried out an untidy search of the living room and bedroom. Other items of jewellery are thought to have been stolen.
Anyone with information on the burglary is urged to contact West Mercia Police on 101, quoting crime number 0073s.
