THREE teenagers are set to appear in court today, after a boy was stabbed near Longbridge Train Station.
The teenagers, who are all aged 16 and therefore cannot be named for legal reasons, were arrested on Wednesday, following the attack.
Officers from West Midlands Police and an ambulance raced to Tessall Lane just after 11am, where the 16-year-old victim was treated by paramedics for stab wounds to his leg and taken to hospital.
Four teenagers were initially arrested and a knife was recovered.
Three of the teens will appear before magistrates in Birmingham today charged with wounding.
The victim is still receiving treatment in hospital and remains in a stable condition.
