De-icers should be at the hand this evening as a cold snap drifts in with frost likely by the morning, so be sure to protect your car.
But before that, and back to today, it will be mostly dry and sunny.
Although it will stay windy through the morning, the winds will gradually ease later this afternoon.
The odd shower is possible in the north and far south of the region.
