ICY roads caused a car to crash into the side of a house in Hollywood this morning (Friday).
Firefighters from Droitwich, Redditch and West Midlands Fire Service were called to the scene at the junction of Alcester Road and New Road at 7.48am.
The car is believed to have skidded on the slippery road surface and crashed into the outside wall of the house, causing substantial structural damage.
No one was trapped.
One female passenger was checked over at the scene by paramedics from West Midlands Ambulance Service but escaped any serious injuries.
Crews are now working to make the scene safe and salvage items from the property.
