SWANN Connie Claire Passed peacefully at home 24th August 2018. Sadly missed and forever loved by loving husband Robert and son's James and Hugh and families. A service to celebrate Connie's life will take place at St Bartholomew's Church, Tardebigge on Tuesday 25th September 2018 at 1:30pm.
