“They were all lovely girls and it was so very hard to pick a winner.”
One of the judges and chairman of the parish council, Thelma Roll
One of the judges and chairman of the parish council, Thelma Roll said: "They were all lovely girls and it was so very hard to pick a winner."
She said Alisha was presented with smart new luggage and is also set to attend many official duties throughout the next 12 months of her reign. Thelma added: "The whole day was absolutely lovely. Everyone on the parish council worked very hard to make it a success, but special thanks should go to Ken Shakespeare who ran the steam rally and kept us novice organisers on the right track."
