A popular hub for Worcester’s thriving freelance creative and tech community is set to expand into the building next door.

The Kiln, in Copenhagen Street, will now have space for hotdesking, meetings and events across both 2 and 4 Copenhagen Street.

Acting on behalf of Worcester City Council, Roy Wilkes GJS Dillon’s Commercial Negotiator negotiated a 5-year lease at 4 Copenhagen Street Worcester.

The 1,469 sq ft brick built two-storey self-contained office suite comprises two offices on the ground floor and 4 offices on the first floor.

The property is in a prominent position, just off Worcester’s pedestrianised High Street.

Mr Wilkes said: "Worcester’s city centre has been revitalised since the pandemic and this move will enable The Kiln to widen its offer of collaborative space to the business community.

"Our 2023 data shows that Worcester’s office market is booming and has pushed rental values to new highs."
