BROMSGROVE MP Sajid Javid recently opened the latest Liquefied Petroleum gas (LPG) refuelling station at Hopwood Park Services.
The MP was joined at the station, on the M42, by British Touring Car Championship racing driver, Tom Onslow-Cole and Jem Aldridge, general manager of LPG supplier Autogas.
Mr Javid said: "I was delighted to open the refuelling station at Hopwood Park Services.
Not only is LPG better for the environment than petrol or diesel, but it is also less expensive per litre, which is good news given that many people are feeling the pinch from rising fuel prices."
Mr Aldridge added that LPG is the same as driving a petrol car with no compromise on vehicle range and performance.
