A BROMSGROVE company has gained recognition for its commitment to supporting lesbian, gay and bisexual (LGB) employees.
Core Assets Group is the only independent fostering and children’s services agency to have secured a place in the Stonewall top 100 gay-friendly employers list for the second year running.
The company ranked 41st after climbing 19 places from its position last year.
It has also been awarded ninth place in the top 10 global gay-friendly employers list for 2012.
Stuart Bray, from Core Assets Group, said: “We believe that people matter and are committed to ensuring our equality and diversity agenda aligns with the organisation’s visions and value.
“We are thrilled to gain national recognition from Gay rights charity Stonewall.”
The company, based in Stoke Prior, aims to make a positive and lasting difference to the lives of vulnerable children and their families.
