HANBURY Hall is set to hold a day of falconry fun this Father’s Day.
Trevor Hill, Worcestershire’s falconry expert, will be at the National Trust property with his beautiful birds of prey on Sunday, June 17. The event runs 11am – 4pm and normal admission prices apply.
Visitors can also treat their dads to lunch in the tea-room, which will be serving a special Father’s Day menu including roast pork, beef and ale pie, bread and butter pudding, and chocolate stout cake from noon – 2.30pm.
Visitor services manager Alice Eddy said: “It’s great to have Trevor back again, he is so knowledgeable and his beautiful birds are always really popular with visitors. It’s the perfect opportunity to treat yourself and your Dad to a lovely day out.”
Hanbury Hall, gardens, shop, tea-room, and park is open Saturday - Thursday until November 4. During August the property will also be open Fridays.
