Meeting to discuss future of hospital services underway

THE first meeting to discuss the future of hospital services in Worcestershire is currently taking place.

The meeting, banned to members of the press, is at Churchfields Surgery in Bromsgrove and is a series of short presentations followed by group discussions.

Clinicians will try to explain why the NHS in Worcestershire is cutting vital services to the county's three hospitals.

Due to strong demand for places an extra meeting has been added for Redditch on Tuesday, July 10 at Redditch Town Hall from 6 – 8pm.

Places can be booked by e-mailing worcsnhsjsr@worcestershire.nhs.uk or by phoning 01905 733981.

Alternatively, if anyone can’t attend, they can request an information pack which includes a feedback form.

Do we live in Iran now?

Appalling. The public need to know what is going on and what is being discussed about a vital srvice THEY pay for.
