Meeting to discuss the future of hospital services "very successful"

HOSPITAL bosses have said the first discussion event held in Bromsgrove on the future of hospital services was very successful.

Clinical leaders from the Worcestershire Joint Services Review held a meeting for the public in Bromsgrove on Wednesday.

David Law a GP who spoke at the event said: “We would like to thank all the participants of our first discussion event in Bromsgrove.

“It went really well and has provided us with lots of useful and detailed personal viewpoints from local people.

“These views will be invaluable for the review work ahead.”

As part of the review a series of participative events have been set up.

A meeting at Redditch Town Hall next Monday, July 2, is fully booked but there is another one on July 10 from 6-8pm.

Places at public events can be booked by e-mailing worcsnhsjsr@worcestershire.nhs.uk or phoning 01905 733981.
