Memorial night to honour Bromsgrove soldier Robbie Laws

A MEMORIAL night is being held to honour Bromsgrove soldier Robbie Laws this Friday, (July 13).
Private Robbie Laws was killed in Afghanistan at the age of 18 while taking part in Operation Panther's Claw in Afghanistan in 2009.
Three years after his death his friends and family have organised the night, which includes a grand auction and raffle.
Businesses have generously donated prizes, and all money raised is to be donated to Help for Heroes.
The event is being held from 7pm at Millfields Social Club, in Millfield Road.
