Fashion show raising cash for church

BROMSGROVE residents are being invited to a fashion show raising cash for All Saints Church.

The show, courtesy of Wrap, includes a range of French and Italian clothes as well as handbags, scarves, jewellery and a raffle.

Proceeds from the night will go toward the church, which needs vital repair work on the roof because of lead being stolen.

Sue Ward, church warden, said: “Anyone walking by the church recently will have noticed that we have a lot of scaffolding around and there are major repairs underway.

“There is also the fabric of the church inside that we need to look after and money raised from events helps to keep the church going."

The fashion show is on Thursday, September 13 at the church, on Burcot Lane, starting at 6.30pm.
